By coupling the data in MaintainX with the power of AI, you can make more accurate forecasts of how long it will take to complete maintenance tasks. The Smart Time Estimates feature looks at the asset, procedures, assignees, and categories associated with a work order to make a prediction of how long it will take to complete the job, based on time data from past work orders with matching associations. When assigning work orders in the Workload View, technicians’ capacities are measured against the estimated time to complete the work orders that have been assigned to them, allowing you to optimize the balance of work across your team.
