Scheduling more work than your team has capacity for can lead to overtime, skipped jobs, work being completed late. Your goal is to schedule enough work to utilize as close to 100% of your team’s capacity without going over. The Workload View allows you to visualize the distribution of work across your team, relative to each technician’s capacity. You can also schedule and assign work through a simple to use drag-and-drop interface, allowing you to adjust the balance of work when necessary, and quickly fill un-utilized time in your team’s capacity.
